Bach Flower Remedies form the heart of my work with clients because they provide gentle yet effective support through all of life’s ups and downs. They are safe and useful for everyone, including children and animals.

Bach Flower Remedies were discovered in the 1930's by Dr Edward Bach. He was a medical doctor who devoted his life to finding a natural cure to his patient’s ailments.  Bach was a pioneer in holistic thinking and believed that the key to a healthy body was a healthy mind.

Although best known for Rescue Remedy, Dr Bach identified 38 remedies in total.  These balance the mental and emotional states (or patterns of thought and behaviour) which can prevent us from living our lives to the full.

After successfully treating his own patients, he passed his Bach Flower Remedies onto medical colleagues who also had incredible results.  Bach said that they “make us healthier and happier in every way and bring joy into our lives.”

I have been supporting clients with Bach Flower Remedies since 1999 and love the gentle way they bring greater self-awareness and healing. One-to-one consultations are available in Preston, Lancashire and by telephone nationwide. Day and evening consultations are available.

“The flower essences provide a strong foundation for wellbeing. The effects are subtle yet powerful.  I feel more able to cope with life when I’m taking essences. Without them I feel my stress levels rising.” Telephone Client, Argyll
